Terms and conditions for pitches

1. Bookings can be made by mail or email. Your booking request will be registered immediately and you will be sent a booking contract; the completed contract needs to be returned to us with a 30% deposit of the total fee.
2. As soon as we have received and accepted your contract and deposit, we will send you a firm and final confirmation (by mail or email).
3. Rental is for the specified dates which may only be changed within the limits of availability.
4. Only checks, bank transfers, credit cards (during the high season) or cash are accepted for payment.
5. Cancellation terms: Cancellation will be effective after reception of a mail or signed post. If reservation is cancelled 1 month and more prior to check-in date, you will be refunded in full after deducting a 60€ booking fee. If reservation is cancelled less than 1 month prior to check-in date, there will be no refund. The deposit and booking fee won't be paid back. Any delay greater than 24 hours will result in the automatic cancellation of contract and deposit will, in that case, be retained by way of compensation.
6. Arrival time: from 12 pm, departure: before 12 pm. All dues will have to be paid on arrival. No refund for early departure.

8. The set price is for 2 persons, a pitch for a tent, a caravan or a motor home, electricity (5A), a car, and access to all facilities.
1. Only the persons whose names are stated on the booking contract will be allowed on the site. Any changes will have to be authorized by the camp site management team.
2. Upon arrival people should present themselves at reception in order to carry out general formalities. (Payment of the rental balance and tourist tax, reception wristband).
3. No one will have access to the site without registration and authorization. The management team reserves the right to limit the number of visitors. Visitors must leave the campsite before 11pm.
4. Prices do not include the tourist tax.
5. For safety reasons the number of vehicles is limited: Additional cars as well as boat trailers will have to be parked on the outside unsupervised car park.
6. Every client must comply with the internal camp site rules and each tenant must have personal civil liability insurance.
7. Any dispute arising will be referred to the appropriate authorities.
8. Big sized pets are not accepted. All authorized animals must have a valid health certificate upon arrival. Do not leave alone your pet(s) inside the accommodation. Dangerous dogs are strictly prohibited.
9. Bank transfer fees remain the responsibility of the client.
10. All registered clients must wear the camp site wristband during their full stay.
11. Our pool are unsupervised. Therefore, minors will necessarily be accompanied with an adult. In accordance to local regulation, shorts are strictly forbidden. Only genuine swimsuits are allowed (for women, only one piece or two piece swimsuits). Full-body swimwear forbidden Access to the hammam and sauna is denied to people under 18. Open from 10am to 7pm during the high season and on request during the low season.
12. The campsite declines any responsibility in case of robbery.
13. Management reserves the right to maintain parks and garden within the campsite between 10am and 6pm from Mondays to Saturdays using to that purpose mowers and hedge trimmers
14. We cannot be held responsible for any disturbance due to activities comming from outside of the camping site (roadworks, power failure, water supply cut-off...)
15. The campsite declines any responsibility in case of robbery.
Unless mentioned on arrival, pictures of you and your family might be taken during your stay and used for advertising purpose.
