Terms and conditions for accommodations

ACCOMMODATION

  1. Bookings can be made by mail or email. Your booking request will be registered immediately and you will be sent a booking contract; the completed contract needs to be returned to us with a 30% deposit of the total fee.
  2. As soon as we have received and accepted your contract and deposit, we will send you a firm and final confirmation (by mail or email).
  3. Rental is for the specified dates which may only be changed within the limits of availability.
  4. Only checks, bank transfers, credit cards or cash are accepted for payment.
  5. Cancellation terms: Cancellation must be notified in writing to the establishment. If the reservation is cancelled up to 72 hours before the arrival date, the deposit will be fully refunded. If cancelled less than 72 hours before the arrival date, the deposit (30% of the stay amount) will be retained.
  6. Arrival is from 4 p.m. on the 1st day of rental and departure is before 9 a.m. on the last day of rental.
  7. Clients must take possession of their accommodation on the agreed arrival date. If the client has not arrived 24 hours after the planned date, the reservation will be cancelled and the accommodation freed. The deposit will also be retained.
  8. Water, electricity, gas and access to the playground and animations are included in your rental price. All our accommodations are connected to the sewerage system. Each accommodation is equipped with a terrace, a complete inventory and garden furniture. Bed sheets and linen are not supplied.
  9. A 400€ deposit will be required for each accommodation upon arrival. This money will be returned to the client after the accommodation and inventory have been checked at departure. The accommodation must be returned in the identical state of cleanliness as on arrival and the refrigerator must be defrosted.
  10. The capacity of each accommodation (4 or 6 people) is fixed because of insurance purposes and security. No additional people will be accepted (even babies or very young children).
  11. Tents are strictly prohibited on the accommodation emplacements.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

  1. Only the persons whose names are stated on the booking contract will be allowed on the site. Any changes will have to be authorized by the camp site management team.
  2. Upon arrival people should present themselves at reception in order to carry out general formalities. (Payment of the rental balance, the deposit and tourist tax, reception wristband). All dues will have to be paid on arrival, including the deposit.
  3. No one will have access to the site without registration and authorization. The management team reserves the right to limit the number of visitors. Visitors must leave the campsite before 11pm.
  4. Prices do not include the tourist tax.
  5. For safety reasons the number of vehicles is limited: Additional cars as well as boat trailers will have to be parked on the outside unsupervised car park.
  6. It is forbidden to plug in or charge an electric vehicle from a mobile home; any breach will result in additional fees of 100 €.
  7. Every client must comply with the internal camp site rules. Each tenant must have personal civil liability insurance.
  8. Any dispute arising will be referred to the appropriate authorities.
  9. Sites and accommodations are allocated according to our availability and may be changed until the keys are handed over. No choice or number can be guaranteed or communicated before the stay. Special requests must be made at the time of booking and will be met as far as possible, without guarantee. Any request made after confirmation cannot be taken into account.
  10. Big sized pets are not accepted. All authorized animals must have a valid health certificate upon arrival. Do not leave alone your pet(s) inside the accommodation. Dangerous dogs are strictly prohibited.
  11. Gas bottles will not be changed between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
  12. Bank transfer fees remain the responsibility of the client.
  13. All registered clients must wear the camp site wristband during their full stay.
  14. Our pool are unsupervised. Therefore, minors will necessarily be accompanied with an adult. In accordance to local regulation, shorts are strictly forbidden. Only genuine swimsuits are allowed (for women, only one piece or two piece swimsuits). Full-body swimwear forbidden Access to the sauna is denied to people under 18. Open from 10am to 7pm during the high season and on request during the low season.
  15. The campsite declines any responsibility in case of robbery.
  16. Management reserves the right to maintain parks and garden within the campsite between 10am and 6pm from Mondays to Saturdays using to that purpose mowers and hedge trimmers
  17. We cannot be held responsible for any disturbance due to activities comming from outside of the camping site (roadworks, power failure, water supply cut-off...)
